I informed you about a damaged item I received in my recent delivery. Upon opening the package, I discovered that the lip liner was broken, with a significant amount of the product smudged and displaced inside the cap. This renders the item unusable. I would appreciate it if you could advise on the best way to resolve this issue, whether through a replacement or a refund. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.. I received a n email from the support team that I would receive a resolution reply within 24-48 hours. It has now been over 72 hours and still no reply or resolution. I will probably never purchase these products in the future and not refer family or friends
